[Mesorah] Tekiaseinu

Not exactly.
The gerund form of the verb is q'tilah. t'qi‘ah is the gerund form, "blowing." Similarly p'tiha is the gerund, "opening," as opposed to petah, "an opening,"
However, there is also a noun mishqal that is used mostly for q-t-t (ayin-ayin) verbs, that begins with the prefix t-. So you have the noun t'filla, from the root p-l-l. This is not a gerund form of a verb, but a noun form, just like m'gilla is from the root g-l-l, but with the m- prefix, or the word t'hilla is a noun from the root h-l-l. They are not gerunds, and do not mean "praying, rolling, praising," but rather regular nouns meaning "prayer, roll, praise."
This is one of the peculiarities of Semitic languages; the dagesh hazaq in Hebrew and the shadda in Arabic, which indicate that the letter is doubled/emphasized. In almost all cases, it is not only showing the pronunciation is different, but also that there is doubling in the root. So you have many, many verb and noun forms from the q-t-t roots that have a dagesh hazaq in the second letter of the root. For instance, the perfect first person m. singular of the root s-b-b is sabboti, not savavti, and the imperfect third person ms. plural is yasobbu, not yisbov. And similar in cases where a preconsonantal -n- assimilated to the following consonant, but left its trace in doubling, like natatti instead of natanti.
So the noun form t'filla has nothing to do with the gerund of triconsonantal roots like p'tihah or t'qi‘ah.
I am not trying to make things complicated, really. It is just that language (just like the Torah) has many really complicated things hiding right beneath the surface, that a perfunctory glance (which is as far as most people every go) will obscure.

Similarly, we ask "kabeil berachamim uv'ratzon es tefilaseinu", also in the singular/verb form.

That is correct. The form q’tila in Hebrew is a nominal verb form, functioning as a gerund (“blowing”). The Torah only uses a noun, t’ru’ah. From the root t-q-‘ there is no noun, so the gerund is used where a nominal form is needed.

It's in both Ashkenaz and "Sfard", but not in the Sefaradi/EM nusach,
while Nusach Italia has only the last line, "uskabeil berachamim...".

I believe "tekiaseinu" in that phrase is a verb, not a noun; i.e. it
refers not to the blasts but to the act of blowing, which is singular.
"Kol tekiaseinu" is thus "the sound of our blowing".
