[Avodah] shatz priority

After the shulchan aruch says it's up to the tzibbur whether someone in
aveilut has the right to be the shatz, the mishna brura says that's not
really the case for maariv. משנה ברורה סימן נג ס"ק סא (סא) הוא יאמר -
ובתפלת מעריב שהיא אינו כנגד תמידים רק כנגד איברים ופדרים אפשר דא"צ דעת
בעלים ואין הקהל יכולין לעכב לאבל להתפלל מעריב דמצוה שיתפלל מי שמת לו אביו
ואמו ומ"מ ודאי אין להתקוטט בשביל שום מצוה עם הצבור וכדלקמיה בסעיף קטן ס"ה

I thought this was pretty unusual logic- didn't see anyone before that made
this chiluk - any thoughts appreciated bsorot tovot
