Toras haQorei only notes meircha-tipcha for "b'chol asher-atah" (implying
that all mss. he checked are that way):
כ"א כ"ב: בְּ כֹ֥ ל אֲ שֶׁ ר־אַ תָּ ֖ ה עֹשֶׂ ֽ ה - יש להקפיד לנגן את הטעמים
במקומם הנכון, ולא להחליף בין המרכא והטפחא ולהטעים בְּ כֹ֖ ל
אֲ שֶׁ ר־אַ תָּ ֥ ה עֹשֶׂ ֽ ה.

Consider what your "friendly" adversary is saying when he emphasizes YOU
rather than "b'chol"; and now consider why in Bircas haMazon we emphasize
the "bakol mikol kol" of, respectively, our Avos....
