Mekavah is the original. Mekaveh is an emandation of Yitzchak Satanov (h/t
Siddur Ezor Eliyahu), since "om" (unlike "umah") is masculine.
("Shabbechuhu kol ha-umim," not "shabechna oto"). Many siddurim accepted
the emendation, but apparently ArtScroll did not.
