What about "hatov shimcha ulcha na'eh lehodos"?  As far as I know, the Gra
did not propose amending that.

(The other beracha that comes to mind without the shift is "she'osecha
levadecha beyira na'avod, but that's not really relevant if we're talking
about the Gra.)
