We need to see the Radaq "ineveinig". I can't picture too many Yiddishisms reached the Qimchis. I imagine that either the academics are all repeating one guy's theory, and he didn't notice an example; or, the Radaq notes that Chazal usually mean the *other* nations when they say "goy".
