[Mesorah] Psalm 145, Zecher vs. Zeicher

I find "zeicher" (tzere segol) in my Roedelheim, Birnbaum and Simanim siddurim, and also in several different version of Rinat Yisrael (Ashk EY, Ashk Chul, and Edot Hamizrach).

It is also in Chief Rabbi Sacks' new Koren siddur. It might be noteworthy that this case does *not* appear in his list of Textual Variants on pp 1237-1238.

It seems, from my small collection at least, that "zecher" (segol segol) is in the minority, appearing only in ArtScroll and Otzar Hetefilos.
