     I believe the Gra's contention is that the word is shvach (with a kamatz), not sh'vacha.  It is akin to k'far or sh'tar.  If it were sh'vacha, its s'michus would not be sh'vachacha, but sh'vachascha. akin to s'vara, or shivchascha, a la b'racha. EMT

I believe it's the contention of the Gra that the root word should be shevacha, rather than shevach.  The possessive versions follow.

In Qedushah, near the end "Ledor vador nagid godlekha... veshivchakhah" or
"ushvachakha"?

Is this a biblical vs mishnaic difference in when the vav hachibur is
a melupum, or something else?
