[Mesorah] [somewhat off-topic] ir Tziyon t'male

Perhaps the words mirror their original form/usage in Tanach. Has someone
looked into where those terms (Binyan Hamikdash / Milui Ir Tzion) first
appear in Tanach/Chazal?
