sidur Ishei Yisrael al pi haGra
that the level of ratzon being requested here (not clear why it's more
than in Shome'ah Tefila) is
so great that we don't have the chutzpah to ask for it for ourselves, 
only in the name of "amcha
Yisrael" whose ranks include tzadikim great enough to ask for this.
