I was mistaken to think it was your own addenda.I missed that RAW himself
cited the MY, at 19:30 in the video
(<https://torahanytime.com/lectures/283345>). And he actually does tell
us where to look: Minchas Yitzchak, Chelek tes, siman kuf-nun
<http://www.aishdas.org/avodah/faxes/MinchasYitzchak9:150.pdf>.

The Minchas Yitzchak quotes the Chavatzeles Sharon verbatim, just as we
have it. And, as was my hunch, and unlike RAW, he does not say the
Chavatzeles HaSharon means that a poseiq should be working from a good
intuition. He explicitly applies it to verifying the metsius (in his case,
to be other than he originally supposed) before poskening. After the quote,
he writes:
