Not directly, but... One could be accountable for it beyond beyond one's
nequdah. A tinoq shenishba wouldn't, because they started out with the
conflicts on some subject being at a low level. But if it's the location
of the "battlefront" is at a pathetic location because of the person's
own choices, that's on their cheshbon.

So, indirectly, the person could be accountable or partially accountable.
