[Avodah] Cleaning Help on Shabbos and Yom Tov

Can you have your cleaning lady wash the dishes on Shabbos afternoon once the meal is completed.  What about on the second day of Yom Tov after the meal is completed? Can you ask her to fold laundry on Shabbos or Yom Tov? Can you have her bring out the garbage to an area that does not have an Eruv on Shabbos?
