I'll again respond, but in a slightly-different and hopefully-clearer manner. 
You're leaving out the main phrase, the phrase that all which follows ("qol chasan" v'chulei) may depend on: "qol sason v'qol simcha"!  And there is no true simcha until the 3rd BhM, as the chasan pointedly notes with a zeicher-l'Churban action immediately after the b'rachah you're quoting from.
