Much of it is "names" and other kabalistic symbols.

I saw a full sized Sefer Raziel Hamalach in RMMKasher's library (on
Rechov Malachi, Jerusalem). It was part of the library he got from Rav
Perlow. It was annotated in the margins - so I guess some people do
understand what it talks about.
