I may be on shaky ground here, but it seems to me 
that according to the Netziv a women would not be 
able to light with such a stipulation. Would it 
not be a bracha l'vatalah?  After all, according 
to him, since one cannot make early Yom Tov,  it 
is similar to a woman lighting before plag, is it not?
