[Avodah] troubling halacha

1- R' Zilberstein and the KSA needn't hold like RYBS.

2- RYBS deduced lessons from halakhah pesuqah. Not decided halakhah
based on taamei hamitzvos. If one holds like RYZ, one would deduce a
different lesson.
