Prof. Leah Himmelfarb (nee Widowski) of Bar Ilan wrote her doctorate on the
Passek. Printed in 5750.
She uses as a basis the list of passeks in the Leningrad Codex (587
passeks) starting on page 19 of her work. So this is your main list from
early times.
On page 44ff she discusses 6 differences between Leningrad and Alleppo
codex (a 98.5% correspondence) WRT passeks.
In a table from page 361-374 she lists another 223 examples of passeks
occuring in various other significant manuscripts and printed additions.
Her work, whose main value is her dealing with the syntactic and
grammatical uses and ramifications of the pasek, is the most comprehensive
and valuable work on the passek I know of (in spite of 35 years passing
since she wrote it).
I dont think it is readily available anywhere, maybe in Bar Ilan or other
accademic libraries.
