This subject of temurot has been discused... there is even, at least one case of pazer being a temurah for esnah. That does not resolve the original question, why there is no esnah to begin with.  I can show you in the doctoral disertation that I have purchasd (in poertc Hebrew)

Sounds like -The Ravia is the temuro for the "missing" esnach

Actually, it has...more or less
The Ravia on the word Kodsho replaces the Etnach. When to the left side of the Etnach there is a section that should not be divided, then the Etnach is replaced by Ravia.  You can see it in many Pesukim.

To me: it's loosely like having a zarko segol without an esnachto.
