[Mesorah] Ambiguity and the Trop

Excellent example of how the trops removed the ambiguity.The Zakef on the word Korre is stronger than the one to its left.Therefore, according to the trops we need read it like this:קול קורא:  במדבר פנו דרך ה'and notקול קורא במדבר:  פנו דרך ה'

Take this well-known passuk:ישעיה מ:ב
 ק֣וֹל קוֹרֵ֔א בַּמִּדְבָּ֕ר פַּנּ֖וּ דֶּ֣רֶךְ יְהוָ֑-ה יַשְּׁרוּ֙ בָּעֲרָבָ֔ה מְסִלָּ֖ה לֵאלֹהֵֽינוּ: 
Ambiguity:
Does במדבר go with קוראOr withפנו ?
Noye: the parallelism suggests the latter viz.פנו Andישרו Being parallel

But, I believe the "New" Testament suggests a Voice crying out in the desert  😃 
IIRC Young's literal translation leaves it as ambiguous
