[Mesorah] Tehillim 146:10, Revia Instead of Esnach?

 {י} יִמְלֹ֤ךְ יְהוָ֨-ה | לְעוֹלָ֗ם אֱלֹהַ֣יִךְ צִ֭יּוֹן לְדֹ֥ר וָדֹ֗ר הַֽלְלוּיָֽהּ: (פ)Lich'ora - why not have an esnach onלְעוֹלָ֗םInstead of a Revia?I'm guessing that this revia is analogous to having  a Zakeif Koton in a passuk in the 21 that has a Zakeif Koton without an Esnachta.For an easy illustration seeParshas Bo 12:1שמות פרק-יב{א} וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָֹה֙ אֶל-מֹשֶׁ֣ה וְאֶֽל-אַֽהֲרֹ֔ן בְּאֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרַ֖יִם לֵאמֹֽר:RRW
