[Mesorah] The word "Bekirvach"

Shalom,
"Kirvach" in Aramaic is plural? Singular or both?"Vegercha Asher Bishareicha" is translated to "Vegiyorach Divkirvach"According to the targum, does it mean "in your town"? or "in your towns"?
My understanding is that in Aramaic it can be plural or singular. But the peirush will be "in your town" (not "in your towns")
