I would note that in all three of these pesukim (Devarim 24:19,20,21) my
ArtScroll Rashi (copyright 1999) has "arm'lo" without the tav, and my
ArtScroll Onkelos (copyright 2020) has "armalto" like the early mss. and
the Teimani version.

My guess is that when ArtScroll prepared their other chumashim, they aimed
towards a version that their customers would accept, as R' Seth explained
earlier. But when it came to preparing their Onkelos, they aimed for more
accuracy. It seems clear to me - based on the sources cited in ArtScroll's
explanations of Onkelos - that they made good use of previous seforim who
knew Aramaic very well,
