[Mesorah] Questions re. "Two Treatises of the Accentuation of the Old Testament" - By William Wickes

In the last few weeks I have been translating to Hebrew some portions from William Wickes' book.
He quotes names of some books and authors of which i have never heard about, nor could find them on the internet.

Has anyone learned his book? Does any on can try helping to check what books or authors that he mentioned in the book?
