Moadim L'simcha!

In the first aliyah for the Shabbos Chol HaMoed reading (yesterday), Shemos
33:16, we see the word "v'amecha" and later in the pasuk "v'amcha".  In
both cases the word is the conclusion of a pashta-munach-zakef phrase.  Why
the difference?
