I'd like to suggest that NA has no specific meaning and is not really
translatable. Perhaps it is used for emphasis, and "please" and "now" are
only rough approximations.

The Wiki article "So (sentence opener)" might be similar to what I'm trying
to say. Or perhaps someone more skilled in Linguistics can identify this
part-of-speech.
