[Mesorah] How widespread is ignorance of Hebrew?

Im tashiv miShabbos raglekha, asot chafotzekho b'yom qodshi.

Anything that would come after that would refer to Shabbos as masculine? Feminine?

As you said, there may be an implied yom.

Isaiah 56:2 "shomer shabbat mehhallelo"
Isaiah 58:13 "Im tashiv mishabbat raglecha ... vechibadto"

(though these are usually explained as agreeing with an implied "yom")
