[Mesorah] bamidbar 33:2

The pasuk reads, "ויכתוב משה את מוצאיהם למסעיהם על פי השם." There is a
slight ambiguity here - are the journeys 'al pi Hashem' or Moshe's writing
down of the journeys that was 'al pi Hashem'? The Ibn Ezra says the
journeys and the Ramban says the writing. The trop seems to support the
Ramban as there is a tipcha under למסעיהם, indicating that the whole phrase
ויכתב משה etc is modified by על פי השם. Although, neither the Ramban nor
the Ibn Ezra addresses the trop explicitly.
