[Mesorah] mis-accentuation

Oops -- I mean to add: Sulzer lived in Vienna at the same time as 
Johann Strauss did, and who was making "Viennese Waltzes" the new "big thing."

And so, we see that Aleinu and Vayehi Bin'soa are both waltzes (3/4 time).
