Yes, there certainly should be. I just checked the Mesorot 
in the Bar Ilan Keter CD.  There is no Mesora G'dola on 
Hatzlicha but there is a leit both in Tehilim (118:25) and 
in Nehemia (1:11). There is nothing on Hoshi'a in T'hilim 
(118:25)

There are so many copiers' and printers' errors in the 
Mesorot that we cannot know if there were comments that got 
lost or if the ba'alei never commented.
