The Baladi nusach usually follows the Rambam, and the 
Teimani Tikhlal has koneihem with a yud.  The 'Etz Hayyim of 
Maharitz comments there that this is the proper nusach and 
is davka lashon rabbim because of the chashivut.. Just as 
Elohim is lashon rabbim.

BTW, R' Shab'tai Sofer's siddur has koneihem omitting the 
yud and in the hakdama he writes against the use of konam.

Siddur Eizor Eliyahu says to look also at the comment of the 
Maharal's  Netiv Ha'avoda near the end of Perek 13. I leave 
that as a project for the younger generation and would be 
happy to read on the list what some energetic youngster 
finds.

As has been written a few times on list, all old siddurim 
have koneihem.
