As Richard said, this cannot be a mistaken nusakh.  Both R Sa'dyah Gaon and the Rambam have it, as well as the oldest Teimani mss.
As for what it is, my goodness, here I though all Ashk'nazim and S'faradim say tikkanta Shabbat on Shabbos Musaf.  With a kaf.  Only those reprobate Teimanim (and S'faradim before the spread of the Ari's minhagim do/did not.

As is always possible, maybe that's why they were in the Genizah.  And, in any event, what would the word mean with a kaf? {and/or)  Wouldn't the verb then have two nuns?
