I have only two siddurim of the Edot Hamizrach, but they *both* have this "lanu" in Birkas Erusin. This surprises me; maybe it shouldn't.

Can anyone offer any insight into how this emendation of Rabenu Tam was adopted by non-Ashkenazim? (If this sort of thing happens often, and I'm simply unaware of it, I will gladly accept that answer, and I do *not* need a list of citations.)
