The point is that Baer does not feel that Nochri does any harm because the meaning is unchanged, and it is an advantage because it's clearer

I'm not sure that changing it is a good idea, but I'm convinced that Nochri does no damage to the meaning.  Then the issue aisi becomes plasticity.
