... I  saw it (the note quMAH | gimel milra uPasek ) in my Miqraos G'dolos (which I keep in my office).

Could you tell me what MkGd it is? Is the Massora from Netter or something? 

... Cause I never saw any such note  with "Gimel & milra & paska"refered to before .

So R MP's question created on the Mesorah list somewhat of a tempest in a teapot. I bet there is no such authentic Massoretic note and R S Z Netter wrote his own as he was wont to do....
