2. Is there any source or prooftext that TOL is Rabbinic Hebrew for TAL!

The Tiberian Masoretes left us with a system of "Niqqudl

3. Is there any evidence that Anshei K'nesses hagdolah left us a system of definitive NIiqqud in their nusach?

EG Nihyeh bidvaro vs. Nihyoh bidvaro

V'lo Chassar Lanu vs. V'lo Chaseir Lanu [Bentsching]

Or did naqdannim take their best stab at it?

4. If davening is davka L'shon Hazzal, how come many Biblical Pausal forms abound in the siddur even before Hanau, etc.?

5. Conversely if Davening is indeed a mixed bag, is it "wrong" to be magi'ah it so as to be more highly consistent?
