[Mesorah] sedarim outside of Torah

At Ruth 3:13, the Leningrad Codex (but not the Aleppo or the Rabbinic Bible
1525) places the standard symbol for the division between sedarim. I have
not seen this symbol used outside of Torah before, and find no information
in Yeivin, etc. BHQ does not comment, and BHS indicates "sub loco" so it
was not explained before Weil's death.

Can anyone tell me more?

Does it mean something else than it does in Torah?

Does it occur elsewhere in Nebi'im or Kethubim?

Thanks

Hayyim
