One can only speculate on what the good rabbi had in mind -- perhaps
he was being sarcastic. In any event, Barcaly's Lu'ah Hashemot
Hashalem lists precisely three exceptions to the
rule: ketav--kitvei, shetar--shitrei and pesaq--pisqei.
