[Mesorah] one note re tonight's RYReisman shiur

RYReisman has a dry sense of humor, so I'm not sure how serious he was when
he noted that only according to the "ai"/"oy" pronunciation of the cholam
could the reciter of "Yismach Moshe" (Shacharis Amidah for Shabbas) bring
out the rhyme between "...nasata lo" and "Har Sinai," but assuming he was
seriously noting a minor proof in favor of his pronunciation on the
assumption that "Yismach Moshe" was written to rhyme: as noted by Baer in
Siddur Avodas Yisrael, there is no "lo" after "nasata," so there is no
intent to rhyme with the cholam to the extent assumed by RYR. R'Micha, as
always, feel free to pass my thoughts on to RYR along with my appreciation
for this and all his shiurim. Thanks.

Gut Voch/Shavua Tov and all the best from
