Just in case someone wants to check, the second leimor
without dagesh in the lamed is in Bamidbar 17:27 not in
18:27 as posted.

The first pasuk of Yehoshua also has a Moshe Lemor (without
the preceding el).

All three dageshless lemors have a ta'am mafsik (tipcha) in
the preceding word. That is not the case in the 77 dageshed
lemors. Moshe and leimor are joined by a mechaber in Moshe,
(almost all merkha), And that's the reason why.

There is no comment in the mesorah gedola or ketana.

Of course, Old Egyptian records show that Leimor was Amram's
family name that was passed on to his sons.

The dagesh is because of the capital L in the surname.
Aharon ben Asher missed the capitals in three. Or,
preferably, omitted them to give an opportunity for d'rash.

If he missed, 3 out of 80 is over 96 % correct. Not too bad.
If the balkoireh missed the two capital Lameds, there is no
need to repeat as it doesn't change the surname itself and
capitals or only a non-universal minhag.
