[Mesorah] Cholov Yisroel or Chaleiv Yisroel?

I happened to visit a home where I saw the Even Shoshan 1959 
edition.  On page 404 it has chalav, a slightly different 
layout from the 1973 but with the same information. Semikhut 
is given as chaleiv, chalavo. hataf-tzereh and 
hataf-kamatz-holam. I think you misread your edition. There 
is no hataf-kamatz form for the semikhut itself but only 
when the suffixes are added.
