Jastrow translates "s'chor" as "surrounding", and "s'chor s'chor" as 
"all around".  From this is derived "s'chora" or "s'chorta", which can 
end either in an alef or a hei, which is "1. going around, circuit; 2. 
circulation; 3. trade, traffic, goods".
