[Avodah] Correcting Baalei Kriah

Now, it seems to me that *IF* there is a takanas chachamim that the
haftarah be read, *THEN* there is a takanas chachamim that the
haftarah be read *properly*. Do you agree, or do you feel it is okay
when the haftarah is read improperly?
