[Avodah] S"A question

In s”a  O”C 79:6 the mechaber quotes the halacha by saying “byerushalmi..”  what is the purpose of the attribution? Is it in case we were looking for the makor or that it’s “only” a Yerushalmi …?  The S”A also sometimes quotes specific rishonim – same question as to why?
