R' Micha Berger cited R' Mordechai Torczyner's blog post, which quoted Rav Yitzchak Hutner:

To me, this sounds identical (or at least very close) to the view which I've often heard expressed as: "If you believe in them, then they are real. But if you don't believe in them, then don't worry about them."
