[Avodah] recalling the 10 plagues during the Bikkurim Ceremony

Kitzur Piskey Tosafos Menachos mentions that the 10 plagues were read
during the Bikkurim Ceremony. It is not mentioned in Tosafos.
Can anyone enlighten?
