Some one made a claim to me that since the closing of the Gemara there are no minhagim which are universally observed. I thought that Qabbalat Shabbat was such a minhag, but then someone else (a Moroccan) told me that his community doesn't say Qabbalat Shabbat. Anyone know of a universally held minhag? Ben
