Rav Zeev Viteman, the Rav of Tnuva,  says "chalav yisrael".  He is 
makpid on his wording as to what RMF permitted.  He quoted that when RMF 
heard that people said "RMF was matir chalav akum" his response was 
"next they'll say I was matir eishes ish"
