[Avodah] Responsive Hallel at the Seder

In a no-subject post, R' Seth Mandel asked:

This responsive reading is mentioned by Rav Eider, the Artscroll Hagadah, and the Kol Dodi Hagada (psakim of Rav Moshe Feinstein), among many others. None of those three mention that there might be communities which do not have this minhag.

Based on this, I can't avoid coming to the conclusion that it is a very common minhag.
