A good friend was on the 78th floor of the Twin Towers on 9/11 when the
first plane hit - and was fortunate to have been of the few who walked away
uninjured. He's written an incredibly powerful book called "Miracles and
Fate on 78." This is one of those books that's a life-changer to read. I
started reading over Rosh Hashanna & couldn't put it down! I highly

Next, my brother-in-law created a GREAT video that's titled "The Most

out a few moments and say some tehillim (psalms) for the Israeli chayalim
(soldiers) & for everyone living in Israel. Please also same some tehillim
for the captive Israeli soldiers:
 Gilad ben Aviva (Shalit), captured just outside Gaza on June 25, 2006;
Guyben Rina (Hever), disappeared near the Syrian-Israeli border in the Golan
Heights in August 1997; Tzvi ben Pninah (Feldman), Yekutiel Yehuda Nachman
ben Sarah (Katz), Zecharia Shlomo ben Miriam (Baumel), all captured at the
Sultan Yaaqub battle in Lebanon on June 11,1982; and Ilan Chaim ben Chaya
(Grapel), captured June 12, 2011.
Also please keep in mind a Yeshiva student jailed in Japan:
